OUR DENTIST is the heart of our practice. Dr. Helderman loves being a dentist and working with children. She aims to please and wants every experience to be amazing!
OUR FACILITY is designed for children, not adults. Most dental offices look like…dental offices. When you come through our front door, you will know right away that this is not your typical dental office. This is a place kids want to come to because it’s a fun place to visit! Our waiting area has a fun and interactive play area for little ones, along with video games for the bigger kids. Check out our facility.
OUR COMMITMENT to you is to provide your child with the highest quality dental care. We trust you will find the atmosphere child-oriented, the staff friendly, and our service exceptional.
OUR TEAM is amazing! We specifically choose each of our staff members for their friendliness and ability to build relationships with children. Not every person was born to interact with children all day – but we were!

Dr. Blake was born and raised in southeast Idaho. He attended Brigham Young University prior to graduating dental school at the University of Louisville in 2002. He worked as a dentist for ten years in Phoenix, Arizona before moving to Florida to complete his residency in pediatric dentistry at Miami Children’s Hospital in 2014.
During his career, Dr. Blake has practiced dentistry in seven different states. The exposure to a variety of doctors has helped him shape and polish his techniques to provide patients the best care and experience. We are lucky to have both Dr. Blake and his wife, Dr. Bella as pediatric dentists on our team. They are excited to raise their daughter Claire in this community. Dr. Bella has double the education of many dentists. She was born and raised in Brazil. After deciding at age 15 that she wanted to be a dentist, she pursued her education and became a dentist in Brazil. During a two week residency program at Miami Children’s Hospital, she met Dr. Blake. After the program Dr. Bella returned to Brazil. The couple dated super long distance for two years, and then married. Once she moved to the states, Dr. Bella didn’t want to give up her dream of being a dentist so she restarted her dental education at University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. In June 2022, she finished her US pediatric dental training at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.
Dr. Bella is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She has been very involved in dental research throughout her education and career, publishing seven articles in peer-reviewed journals and receiving two research awards.
She and Dr. Blake are proud parents of their daughter Claire. They love gardening, baking, and traveling as a family. Dr. Bella also loves using her artistic talent in oil painting and photography.
