The entire staff is incredible! Started our journey with Kingsport Pediatric Dentistry when my son was only a week old and needed to have his tongue and lip ties corrected enable to properly nurse. We even had some issues with insurance declining coverages, but the front office looked into it, fixed the issue, and we ended up with a refund. I was very impressed with the customer service and the diligence to take care of clients! Just recently went back again to start routine checkups, and couldn’t be more thankful for this office! Very clean and well kept space, will certainly continue our care here for our children!

I love taking my daughter to this dentist office. It’s always very clean and they are always so nice. They explain everything to you thoroughly. They always have cute Disney movies playing when they’re cleaning there teeth and my daughter loves it! Lexie (the therapy dog) is always a plus. She’s so adorable going around to each kid making them feel calm and at ease. Well what can I say. Kingsport pediatric dentistry is an extremely nice facility. The faculty was absolutely the best and Dr. Helderman was amazing, it helped that she has a beautiful and calm dog with her. An absolutely painless process for us and very thorough information/instructions to care for our little one after his surgery.

Also if you are worried about the cleanliness during the covid pandemic, they are going above and beyond to keep the facility as clean as possible.
